Occasionally we will have last minute availability, but in the majority of cases, you will need to guarantee the reservation(s) at least 15 days before check-in. As a result, you can book a vacation or getaway a couple of months in advance and get a 100% refund if you need to cancel, as long as you cancel at least 15 days before check-in.  If you have questions, or if you need more information, floor plans, amenities, etc., just let us know (contact info above).

$349 is all you pay. Included are resorts like Wyndham, Silverleaf, WorldMark and others of that sort of quality facilities. We are down to 14 vacations that must be taken during January and the first few days of February, when our options will expire. There are various size units, depending on the date and location you choose. Unlike our usual vacation offers, these vacations are not available in shorter stays. Of course, if you can only stay six nights or five nights, etc., you can check out whenever you like or make arrangements with the resort for later check-ins, but the price is still $349. The possible check-in dates are:

  Jan. 6, 7, 8 Jan. 13, 14, 15 Jan. 20, 21, 22 Jan. 20, 21, 22

These are really nice resorts, many with Gold Crown or other status, and most of them with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, although some are studio units or single bedroom. Deals on February Getaways

4-Bedroom Presidential Suite for 3 Nights (under $100 per night)

Williamsburg, VA: February 13-16 at Wyndham Governors Green resort. This suite sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms (3 with king beds, 1 with two queens). ABOUT US: We have owned The Lighthouse Bed and Breakfast in McGregor, Texas for more than 20 years. Several years ago we purchased some vacation properties. To help pay maintenance fees, we began renting vacation getaways at very reasonable rates to friends. Those friends told their friends and most of our unused vacation time goes to them. These resorts have kitchens with pots and pans and dishes if you want to save on meals by preparing your own instead of eating out. There are towels and toiletries for you to use. Many units have roomy living areas, a washer and dryer right there in the unit, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a balcony or deck, broadband internet, multiple TVs.     Where would you like to go -- a country, state, region, city, or how many miles radius you are willing to travel from your home if you have no definite location in mind.

     What is the first night you can stay at the resort and what is the last night? "The month of August" will turn up more vacations than "Aug. 13 and 14," for example.
3. LENGTH OF STAY: least # of nights _______ the most # of nights _______.
     If you enter 6 and 6, that means the vacation has to be 6 nights; If you enter 4 and 7, that would mean you would consider a 4-night, 5-night, 6-night, or a 7-night stay.
4. PARTY SIZE: _______ # of beds ______ # of bedrooms ______
     This can mean the number of people traveling, broken down into adults and children but it also helps to know how many beds or bedrooms are needed for your party. We have clients who  tell us that 2 are traveling, but one or both snore, so they want two separate bedrooms; others simply want to have a bed for each person in the party.
5. BUDGET: __________
    This does not affect the cost of a reservation. In other words, if you say $500 and our vacation cost is $250, our vacation cost quote to you does not change but remains $250. The purpose of the budget price is to tell us how far you are willing to go price-wise to get the vacation you want. If you say $60 per night, then we will not look for anything that is $61 or more. If you say $500, then we consider that to be your price ceiling and we will not look at anything that is $501 or more. Resort rates vary widely, depending on lots of factors, and we don't want to waste your time (or ours) quoting you a vacation that exceeds what you tell us you are willing to spend. This amount makes no difference to us. And of course, the higher the budget, the more options there will be from which you can choose.
The cost amount covers complete payment for your vacation; we will furnish you with a Guest Confirmation letter, which you will present at check-in; it's actually as simple as that. You will not be required to take any kind of tour or listen to any sales pitch. We are the owner and you will go as our guest.
